Top Virtual Pet Apps on iOS in Peru: Q4 2024 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the virtual pet app market in Peru showcased interesting trends across various metrics, according to Sensor Tower data.

My Talking Tom experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $70 in mid-October and closing the year at approximately $63. Weekly downloads varied, with a notable increase to 675 in the last week of December. Active users saw a decline from 3.7K to 2.2K over the quarter.

Pengu – Raise Virtual AI Pets showed a decline in weekly revenue, dropping from $69 at the start of the quarter to $13 by the end. Downloads and active users followed a similar downward trend, with downloads decreasing from 1.5K to 161 and active users stabilizing around 2.4K.

Pet Society Island, a newer entrant, saw its revenue rise sharply from $5 in its launch week to $80 in early December, before settling at $38. Downloads started strong at 1.6K but fell significantly to 119 by the end of December. Active users mirrored this drop, decreasing from 1.6K to 382.

My Talking Angela maintained a consistent weekly revenue, hovering around $26 towards the end of the quarter. Downloads increased from 250 to 496, while active users grew from 919 to 1.2K.

My Talking Tom 2 saw steady revenue growth, peaking at $42 mid-quarter and ending at $34. Downloads showed a modest increase from 185 to 338, and active users rose significantly from 1.2K to 2K.
